Garbo's in Wheeler celebrated four years in business in January 2011, and has relocated to Astoria. All Our Great Vintage Clothing, Accessories, Gifts, and Goodies from Ann Taintor and Blue-Q, and the usual kickass vintage gear are now available to you on Commercial Street in Astoria (1454 Commercial, next to Tokyo Terriaki), and still serving you in Seaside on Broadway!!  It's all about sweet shopping and savings, so come by, and come buy!! We'll see you here or there!!!


We started out with an extensive personal collection of vintage clothing and accessories for both Men and Women, and have managed to continue to develop a vast inventory of retrowear ranging from the the early 1900s to the 1980s. The Inventory is always growing, and we maintain a customer wish list to better serve our customer needs. Garbo's Vintage Wear is striving to provide greater virtual shopping opportunities for our customers, as well as for those vintage shoppers we've not yet met!

Inventory includes Western Wear, Boots Galore, Day Dresses from the 50s& 60s, Party Dresses & Formal Wear 40s-80s, Costume Jewelry, Levi's, and Accessories of all Shapes and Sizes from Scarves & Gloves to Purses & Hats .

This just in.... Garbo's has recently purchased inventory from a New York Vintage Boutique that shut it's doors; sorry to lose a vintage sister shop, but happy to infuse fun, new(york) inventory onto our colorful floor!! Lots of great formals (60s-80s)--just in time for prom season, and loads of Springtime sassy wear to better splash up your spectacular style!!  Recently returned from our annual San Fran Vintage Tour with loads of good old/new inventory infused into both hot shops in Astoria and Seaside, swing on buy to see what we have for you and your gift list!!
